Light, crispy, not too sweet, inventive flavors, and amazing taste. Baklava is not my usual go-to dessert but this one has earned its place in our family’s main rotation. The mango one surprised me (in the best way)! Always a big hit as a gift and never any left after a house party.

Not only was Nidhi an absolute joy to work with, but her baklava absolutely lived up to all the rave reviews and hype! Every flavor combination was thoughtful, unique, and perfectly balanced. I typically prefer my traditional baklava a little more moist, and these were on the drier side - but honestly, that didn't take away from how much I enjoyed them. They were absolutely delicious, and I'll definitely be back for more!

So delicious! I ordered two boxes of baklava (1 mixed nut, 1 cashew-almond-pistachio) for my dad's birthday, and the whole family loved them. We especially enjoyed how light, crisp, and flavorful they were (not heavy or overly sweet at all), which makes them very easy to eat! Will definitely order again - I'm excited to try more flavors!

We ordered a selection of baklava from Blissful Bites for our charity fundraiser, and it was a complete hit with our guests. The presentation was absolutely beautiful. However, the taste is the real stand out! Light, crispy, and perfectly balanced. No overbearing syrup. The sweetness was subtle, allowing the flavors of the nuts and spices to really shine through. Nidhi was wonderful to work with and ensured everything was ready and perfectly arranged for our event. If you are looking for a dessert that is as elegant as it is delicious, I highly recommend Blissful Bites!

I have been craving baklava for a while now. I had previously researched best baklava and this place showed up. I realized it was a home based kitchen and I might have to place an order a day before so I gave up as I needed instant gratification. But recently the hankering started again, I saw on their website that they sell at a local store near mountainview so I decided to bite the bullet and drive up there. Meanwhile I also messaged the owner, Nidhi, to see if I can pick up from her directly if she had some stock. After picking up a box from the store, I got Nidhi's message that she had some in stock and I can pick up from her. Since her stock is fresher than the store I decided to get a box directly from her as well. Long story short- I ended up with two boxes of baklava in mixed nut, mango and chocolate flavors. First things first- these are not traditional baklavas which tend to be sticky and slightly heavy. These are fusion flavored ones with coconut and other Indian flavors. They are airy light and made in an Indian home kitchen. I devoured one of each flavor as soon as I got into my car. They are truly divine, not traditional but delicious nonetheless. They are not ove
